To begin your experience you will receive a detailed consultation with one of our highly trained therapists. Due to the nature of our products, some of which have a high percentage of active ingredients, a consultation and prescription with your therapist is the best way to select the right solution for you. We advise first-time users to simply book a facial and then let the therapist diagnose the most appropriate one for you!

After a thorough consultation and skin analysis your therapist will prescribe one of the following prescriptive treatments to ensure your facial is just right for you. Choose from “calm and repair”, “intense hydration”, “nourishing enrichment” or “perfect balancing” to ensure the best results possible. For those short of time, prescriptive facials may be taken as a 30 minute treatment to offer a quick boost tailored appropriately to your skin type.
