Our beautifully appointed treatment rooms are a haven of peace and tranquility – the perfect environment for your spa treatments. Feel your stresses and strains melt away as the gentle aromas and soft music remove you completely from today’s hectic lifestyle.

Air-Conditioned Gymnasium

Our air-conditioned gymnasium features state-of-the-art CV and resistance equipment as well as a free-weights area. Our friendly staff are professionally trained to help you to achieve your personal fitness goals whatever they may be. They’ll give you a personal fitness assessment and then help you to stick with it every step of the way.

Swimming Pool & Jacuzzi

Part of our extensive leisure and fitness facility, our swimming pool is available to both spa guests and health club members. Alongside the pool, you will also find some comfy loungers, our bubbling jacuzzi and access to our sauna and aromatherapy steam room.

Sauna & Aromatherapy Steam Room

These two traditional heat therapies can be a fantastic preparation for your spa treatments or the ideal way to finish your spa day. For health club members they provide the perfect remedy to a gym work-out.

The Relaxation Area

Take your relaxation al fresco in our lovely outdoor relaxation area. Our rural Suffolk location means that it’s almost as peaceful out here as it is inside.

Café

Most of our spa packages include lunch, supper or a snack provided at our on-site Café. With comfortable seating, tables and free wireless internet access it’s also a great base for work meetings or friendly conversations.

Function Hall

Our oak-beamed function hall is available for corporate use and for entertaining family and friends. It is suitable for meetings, workshops, lectures or parties and is situated right next to our Café which can provide meals, snacks and beverages or can be used as a base for your own caterers. Tennis Court

Also on site at Atlantic Health & Spa is an outdoor tennis court which is available for hire to our members. We often run coaching sessions and tennis competitions during the summer and autumn months. Call 01787 279009 to enquire about court hire or ask for details at the club reception desk.
